I reinstalled two days ago w11 and at first safe search norton worked fine. Now it only shows a blank page of supposedly millions of results. It happens in all browsers. But when I activate the VPN the results are displayed. Forgive me for my language but I'm using a translator.

Not even with norton vpn safe search works... maybe some malware hijack thats results? I see that happen in Norton not show any results.

Have you tried from Norton Safe Search webpage > https://search.norton.com/
Have you reinstalled Norton Safe Search extension...as test?
Caveat: I'm W10...no translator...Norton VPN off...Quad9 DNS.

Thank you for your response. No matter what browser I use https://nortonsafe.search.ask.com/ shows me a blank page. I normally use Edge, but Firefox has the same problem.
I have also used Quad9 dns and when I switched to google dns it worked until yesterday. Today I used the backup from two days ago and it worked again. I think there is a link between this "problem" and when I fix it I start getting mails in my gmail from sites I don't visit. But I don't even open them, I send them to Spam but maybe there is a bug in the html interface of gmail that downloads some malware to my browser?
I don't know but it seems very strange to me.

Now with the VPN it works, before it didn't work. jane fonda with vpn.
It seems to modify some hidden parameter of win11 that I am not able to guess. It seems obvious to me that there is some kind of adware that inferfers in the search engines and that does not let me use Norton safe search.
