Webview/UI script clarification

Dear Norton Product/Services users,

May someone with coding experience assist with the clarification/explanation of the following html/Javascript.  I'm presuming this could be the reason the chat feature was not fully functional on a certain website:

<!DOCTYPE html><head><meta charset="utf-8"><meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1"><meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width,initial-scale=1,maximum-scale=1,user-scalable=0"><link rel="icon shortcut" href="data:,"><link rel="stylesheet" href="static/chatWindow.40cab0b2.css"></head><body> <div id="container"></div> <script type="module" src="static/chatWindow.1563a192.js"></script><script src="static/chatWindow.57aafb64.js" nomodule="" defer></script> </body>

Thanks in advance

Re: Webview/UI script clarification

Hello. Do you have javascript enabled on the web brower(s) you are using? Any blocking extensions disabled? Those are the two main reasons for what you are seeing.

Yes, the JavaScript is enable on the web browsers, as for any  blocking extension disable, I'm not too sure.

Re: Webview/UI script clarification

Please check for any ad blocker extensions on the browser you are using, TEMPORARILY disable for the site in question and let us know if anything changes for you.
