Unable to sign in on password manager on iPhone. When I tried to contact chat, I was given a reference number but for some reason the chat window does not open. Also, what does it mean when it shows java script is void. I don't understand this.

I have been going around and around in circles and cannot access chat and it shows that java script is void.  What does that mean?  Also unable to sign in on my mobile device.  Thanks for your help.

Are you trying to contact chat from the iPhone? If so, be sure that you have Javascript turned on on your phone. See this information.  https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-207025/

What error message do you see when you try to log into your Norton Password Manager, NPM?

Be sure you are entering the correct credentials. You first have to sign into your Norton Account, and then you sign into your vault.

I do not have an Iphone but the password manager is not opening on any of my devices... started yesterday

If you still see the issue after 24 hours, try clearing the app cache for Norton Password Manager, NPM.  

Try going into Android Settings - Apps. Scroll to the NPM app and clear the app cache and app Data. Restart the device. This will reset your NPM. To get the full version back, open the NPM app, then sign into your Norton Account, and then try signing into your vault. 

Then test to see if things work properly.

This solution does not work for my Android.  Although NPM is working on my desktop today.  Perhaps it will continue to work again.

Well I was wrong, it is down again on the desktop.  It is always a server error.  This indicates the issue is on Norton's end not mine.

The Norton Status page shows NPM is operational.   https://status.norton.com/

If you are still seeing an issue, try contacting Norton Support to see if they can help, or at least they can report the issue.  www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
