I have downloaded Norton Utilities 3x, but still I am seeing "Reactivate to Repair" and there is no
window to enter my new activation key. I re-started my computer, and still nothing updates.

To reactivate log into your Norton Account and hover your cursor over the user icon at the top right, then click on Manage My Subscriptions. Find your Norton Utilities Ultimate, NUU, subscription and copy the product key. Then open NUU and click on the ? help icon, then click on About NUU. Then in the About page, click on Change Key and enter your NUU product key there.

Hey Peterweb, thank you for your help, I found it. Changing the key in the question mark link was the solution. I re-loaded Ultimate a total of 5x and I had no idea where to find the "key change" text box. The "user icon at the top right, then click on Manage My Subscriptions" did not appear at another sign-in, so I had to go through a few other options to find it, but your image above made it simpler and I got it done.

Norton, I have worked in process improvements since the 1990s, please have someone write a few SOPs and work instructions and update your web portal. Honestly, this should not have been this complicated and I should not have had to ask.
I had no idea that the "key change" was in the question mark link, and why would it be? Just have your coders add a link that says, "ENTER NEW KEY HERE". Or better yet, when a customer purchases a new key or re-news, have your system automatically update the key. That is basic python coding, isn't it?
To find the actual "key change" text box, I had to click on all three links in the question mark to find it, and the third one at the bottom, "About Norton Utilities Ultimate", was the change key text box. That makes no sense.

I agree it is not intuitive. In the 360 product, there is an easily found link under the Help menu to enter a product key. The location of this in the NUU may be a holdover from the utility program/company that Norton purchased a few years ago.
