I bought but don't have

Yesterday I bought. Pay all. But don't have a key. And can't download?

Did you purchase directly from Norton?  Have you checked your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email that would have your product key.

If purchased directly from Norton, your 360 has already been activated.

If you have already created your Norton Account, just log in there and click on the user icon at the top right, and click on Manage My Subscriptions. You will find any current subscriptions there. If you see your new subscription listed, click on the Download link beside it. That will download and install a pre activated copy your Norton product.

If you do not see the subscription, you will need to contact Norton Support as no one in the forums has access to your Account.    www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
