Galaxy S2 ist tot nach Installation von Mobile Security

Ich habe nach der Installation von Norton Security auf dem Pc auch auf meinem Galaxy "Norton Mobile Security" installiert.

Installation ist ohne Probleme verlaufen und das Galaxy wird auf der Norton Mobile Security Seite erkannt.

Leider hat sich aber das Galaxy nach Aufruf der Mobile Security Seite ausgeschaltet!!!

Es lässt sich nicht mehr starten und bleibt tot!!!

Wer kann mir helfen?

hast Du versucht den Akku für ein paar Minuten rauszunehmen?

Was ist die "Norton Mobile Security Seite" und wofür benötigt man die? --- Ich benutze das S5, habe auch Norton Mobile Security und ich war noch nie auf solch einer Seite. --- Mein S5 läuft auch mit NMS und NMS selbst tut auch ihre Arbeit.

über die Mobile Security Seite kannst Du dein Smartphone sperren, orten etc.

Gerne. Ich denke das S2 hatte einen kleinen Blackout. Kann schon mal vorkommen.

Danke, schau ich mir morgen mal an. Man kann das übrigens auch über den Samsung-Account machen alles. (Sperren, Kennwort löschen, Orten usw.)
