Chat logs and social networks are the only thing showing activity.

Please reboot machine once and check the issue again. If issue still exists, please provide any/all information you can, on the following questions:
1. What is the version of Internet Explorer?
2. What is complete name and the version of McAfee security product.
3. What is the Service Pack installed on your Win XP machine (eg: Win XP Home SP3). To get this information, click Start>>Run and type cmd.exe. Press Enter on keyboard.
4. The age of child profile on Web Portal, if you are using the default settings. However, if you are using the custom settings then please answer following:
i) Is Web supervision turned ON? If Yes, then what is the configuration mode. Note that we have three modes -- "Give a warning but allow CHILD on the site anway", "Block the site", "Monitor only"
ii) Is Search supervision turned ON? If yes, then what is the configuration mode. Note that we have two modes -- Safe Search "Yes" and "Safe Search "No".

Could you check one other thing? On the child's machine, could you click on the icon in the toolbar and select 'View House Rules'. Let me know what shows up there.

Hello Golfwidow94,
One thing to keep in mind in this situation is that there can be a slight delay in the Web Activity being posted to the Web Portal. Unlike Alert Notifications, web activity can take up to 15 minutes to display in the Web Portal. Can you check under Child==>Activity==>Web and see if the history is now displaying?
