Can't browse anything

I've installed OnlineFamily on my son's computer (iMac, Leopard 10.5.6, Safari 4) and he can't browse to any locations.  It seems as though all port 80 traffic is being blocked, as I can't telnet out to a server on port 80 either.

Disabling the service thru the Liveupdate menu doesn't seem to help.  ideas?

OnlineFamily for Mac shouldn't be doing anything to block port 80.  Do you have any other network security software installed?
