Safety Minder Tool

Every time my son logs on to his computer I get this message, "The Safety Minder tool on Computer Niche used by Andy, has been disabled. As you know, Safety Minder is required on every computer monitored by OnlineFamily.Norton." However, I still get a list of where he is going.  I'm a little confused about whether it's all working correctly.  Please help, I absolutely love the idea of Online Family.

Can you please provide the following details so that we can investigate on the issue further.

1. OS edition and Flavor

2. Antivirus Products you might have in your PC and their versions

3. Service Pack(for OS) version if any

I have Microsoft XP Professional, Version 2, Service Pack 3 and use Panda IS 2008 for both my anti-virus and firewall.
