IM Activity being logged but nothing else

OnlineFamily.Norton is recording activity for IM but nothing else.  Google Chrome is the tools used.  Could that be a problem?

Google Chrome should not be the issue. You should be able to see Web activity as well. How did you set up your child's Web settings?

Could you verify that Web monitoring is enabled and sites are selected to be either blocked or monitored (you can do that by logging to the Web portal, selecting child's settings and clicking "Web policy")?

I have all active (web, search).  I have web on monitor only.

I just sent you a Private Message.  You should be able to see the PM icon, a envelope image on the up-right hand corner of the screen when you logged into the forum.

Do you know if you are using a HTTP proxy by any chance?

Can you try using Internet Explorer or some othe browser and see if it makes a difference?
