Ich will Norton 360 für Norton 360 Multi-Device auf meinem Microsoft Lumia 640 XL Smartphone installieren. Ich erhalte auf dem Smartphone beim Installieren die Meldung: Diese Datei kann nicht heruntergeladen werden, da dieser Dateityp nicht von Windows Phone unterstützt wird.

Helfen Sie mir bitte!

Hallo Warsowas, auf dem Smartphone müsstest Du ja Norton Mobile Security installieren. Das funktioniert aber nur mit iOS, also Apple oder Android Geräten. --- Siehe hier: http://de.norton.com/norton-mobile-security/

Das ist aber tatsaechlich so wie worus sagt:

Bisher gibt es  keine NORTON-App fuer ein Windows Phone!
