App Advisor pour Google Play HS dans norton mobile security

Bonjour ;)

Depuis ce 14 juin, je remarque que App Advisor pour Google Play ne fonctionne plus... Lorsque je veux installer une nouvelle App, Norton Mobile Security ne me dit plus si c'est Sur ou pas !!! Vous remarquez le même problème ?

Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 dernière version de Norton Mobile Security avec abonnement...

... Et bien, même le support Norton Chat en ligne semble en rade... Y aurait-il un problème du côté des serveurs Symantec ???

...et ça continue, maintenant Antivol et sauvegarde des contacts est en rouge avec serveur indisponible veuillez réessayer...

Enfin un contact avec le support par chat, mais on me dit que je suis le seul à avoir le problème, pas d'autres signalements...

Since June 14, I notice that App Advisor for Google Play no longer works ... When I want to install a new App, Norton Mobile Security no longer tells me whether it's on or not !!! You notice the same problem?

App Advisor is working for me. You say it was working before June 14? If so, there could be something going on with your copy of Norton Mobile Security. 

First thing to try is restarting your device.

If that does not help, try going into the Norton Mobile Security, NMS, app settings. Tap on the 3 bars at the top left of the NMS screen and tap on Settings. Scroll down to the Anti Theft section and turn off the Device Administrator setting.  Now go to Android Settings - Apps. Scroll to the NMS app and clear the app cache and app Data. Restart the device and turn the Device Administrator setting back on. This will reset your NMS to a trial version. To get the full version back, open the NMS app, tap on the 3 bars at the top left, then tap Sign In. Enter your Norton Account information and you should have the full version again.

Then test to see if things work properly.


 

Le conseiller d'application travaille pour moi. Vous dites qu'il fonctionnait avant le 14 juin? Dans l'affirmative, il se peut qu'il contienne une copie de Norton Mobile Security.

La première chose à essayer est de redémarrer votre appareil.

Si cela ne vous aide pas, essayez d'entrer dans Norton Mobile Security, NMS, les paramètres de l'application. Appuyez sur les 3 barres en haut à gauche de l'écran NMS et appuyez sur Paramètres. Faites défiler jusqu'à la section anti-vol et désactivez le paramètre Administrateur de périphérique. Accédez maintenant aux paramètres Android - Applications. Faites défiler jusqu'à l'application NMS et effacez le cache de l'application et les données de l'application. Redémarrez l'appareil et rallumez le paramètre de l'administrateur de périphérique. Cela va réinitialiser votre NMS dans une version d'essai. Pour récupérer la version complète, ouvrez l'application NMS, appuyez sur les 3 barres en haut à gauche, puis appuyez sur Connexion. Entrez vos informations sur le Compte Norton et vous devriez avoir la version complète à nouveau.

Ensuite, testez pour voir si les choses fonctionnent correctement.

Bonjour et merci. Malheureusement j'ai suivi la procédure complète y compris désinstaller et réinstaller norton, mais rien ne change... app advisor Google play ne fonctionne plus. Protection antivol est en rouge impossible de se connecter aux serveurs réessayez plus tard... live update fonctionne ainsi que analyse antimalwares...

J'ai eu un début de réponse via le Chat Norton support ce soir... Il semble qu'un problème est détecté sur certains serveurs de symantec et une partie des clients est touchée... A suivre d'ici un jour ou deux...

I had an early response via Norton Chat support tonight ... It seems that a problem is detected on some symantec servers and some of the customers are affected ... To follow in a day or two ...

At this point, you will just have to keep trying over the next day or two. If there are server problems, there is nothing you can do from your device.
Let us know when you see any change.
 

À ce stade, vous devrez continuer à essayer le lendemain ou deux jours. S'il y a des problèmes de serveur, il n'y a rien que vous pouvez faire de votre appareil.

Faites-nous savoir quand vous voyez un changement.
