the new version norton family does not record activities on Chrome, or research and it no longer blocks sites proscribed privately on chrome. I need a quick solution

What device are you seeing this issue on? Android or IOS?

What is your operating system version?

Was this working correctly on Android 8 before the latest Norton Family update? 

Did your device come with Android 8 or did you upgrade to version 8?

What device are you using? It could be a device specific issue.

l'appareil est un samsung S7 , la mise à jour du téléphone à nouvellement été télécharger et j'ai seulement fait la mise à niveau jour norton family lorsque je me suis rendu compte que sa n'enregistrait plus les site web visité. Cependant sa m'affiche encore les application utilisé et norton bloque encore les pages interdite sur chrome en mode normal, mais ne les bloque plus en mode privée ,donc accès facile a du contenu interdit.

the device is a samsung s7, the update of the phone has been newly downloaded and i have only made the day norton family upgrade when i realized that it no longer registered the visited website. However it still shows me the used application and norton still blocks the banned pages on chrome in normal mode, but does not block them more in private mode, so easy access to prohibited content.

Did your Norton Family block pages in Private Mode before your phone got updated to Android 8?

yes it did block the pages in private mode before and it did register the visited website but now it's not working anymore . i already had some probleme in the past and to reinstall norton family again in the phone made it work but this time it's not resolving the problem

So it appears to have started after updating to Android 8. I'll pass this along to my Norton contacts. This is not the first issue with Norton apps and Android 8.

I'll let you know if I hear anything. Just remember, we are going into the Christmas break, so I do not know when they will even see my message.
