Bonjour,

 J'ai une licence pour 3 appareils. Elle n'est installée que sur 2 et je souhaite l'installer sur une tablette SAMSUNG.

J'ai suivi la procédure mais NORTON ne rattache pas NORTON MOBILE SECURITY à ma licence mais m'installe une licence d'évaluation que je vais devoir acheter dans 30 jours. Je n'ai visisblement pas la possibilité de rentrer la clé à la main.

Comment faire?

I have a license for 3 devices. It is installed on 2 and I want to install it on a SAMSUNG tablet.

I followed the procedure but NORTON does not attach NORTON MOBILE SECURITY to my license but installs an evaluation license that I will have to buy in 30 days. I visibly do not have the opportunity to enter the key by hand.

How to do?

What Norton product are you using?  If you are using the older Norton Internet Security, or Norton 360, your subscription does not allow installation on mobile devices. You need to upgrade to the newer Norton Security line of products to be able to install on non PC devices.

Quel produit Norton utilisez-vous? Si vous utilisez l'ancienne Norton Internet Security ou Norton 360, votre abonnement ne permet pas l'installation sur des appareils mobiles. Vous devez effectuer la mise à niveau vers la nouvelle gamme de produits Norton Security pour pouvoir l’installer sur des périphériques non PC.

Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour cette information. En effet, j'ai Norton Internet et Sécurité. Cette mise à niveau est elle gratuite?

Another user just got their old Norton 360 converted to Norton Security. They did not mention any additional cost involved. There was an announcement some time ago where users could upgrade to the new product line for free.

Un autre utilisateur vient de faire convertir son ancien Norton 360 en Norton Security. Ils n'ont mentionné aucun coût supplémentaire. Il y a eu une annonce il y a quelque temps où les utilisateurs pouvaient passer gratuitement à la nouvelle gamme de produits.
