Update finally Wallet to European Bankstandards

As the Use of IBAN and BIC is standard in banking issues for a while now already, it is high time that Symantec takes care of its old Norton Wallet form where you still can save only Accountnumbers. As one can enter there no Letters there is not even a workaround.
It is no good sign for Productcare if it takes such a long time to change a simple form to a new standard used by hundreds of millions of europeans.
If you offer a Form - keep it up do date - or don't offer it.
