enforcing nationalization on email language

I have receioved an email from Norton today (Norton <norton@secure.norton.com>) in which it stated: "Important Notice Regarding Your Norton Emails: You’ve previously requested to receive emails from us in a preferred language. Due to recent changes, we can no longer accommodate this request. - Going forward, you will only receive Norton emails in your current residing country’s primary language. - We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and value you as a continued Norton customer."
This is the most presumptuous and rediculous thing I have received from a company such as Norton. This is homogenizing people domicile in a place in the most simplistic, idiotic and may I say, nationalistic way. I and a lot of other people who live in HK or China for that matter who either do not read or prefer not to read Chinese and since this is an America company, I do not understand why you have decided to eliminate English from your correspondence? Not even as a choice? How maddening! I want to hear your explanation for that otherwise, I will write to the press.
