Core previous devices on network list issue still NOT resolved

We are now, 8 months away from year #2 since the release / sale of Core for public use. I find no where in any firmware release posting where the "devices previously on the network" still showing and/or is repopulating after months was addressed. Personally, I have devices showing which have been OFF the Core more than 120 days yet still there. Further, we have asked for one of two things to happen to remedy the issue. 1- Since its automated, then FIX the darned automation. OR, 2-Add the capability to "manually" remove these devices. How much longer to we all wait for the most simplistic of functions to be added to Core? To date, customers are frustrated, spending hard earned money on subscriptions and initial Core purchases. Not getting the support deserved. Instead of solutions we continue to see releases of products, current or revived which have not been through an appropriate QA testing regiment. Broken and breaking systems.

Cheers

Re: Core previous devices on network list issue still NOT resolved

Hello

My new printer is over a year old now. My old printer is still listed, along with my old Android phone, my son's old phone, our old TV is still listed also. We just added my hubby's old Android to the list, so I won't count that one.

This list I believe used to disappear, but then all the ones that disappeared, came back onto the list. The list also shows Norton still installed on these items even though they have been uninstalled.

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.
