Bonjour,

 Norton Mobile Security est installé sur mon téléphone, une mise à jour critique est proposée. Cependant je n’ai plus de compte google  lié à mon téléphone et je ne peux donc plus utiliser google play.

J’aimerais obtenir en téléchargement direct par internet ( sans utiliser google play) la mise à jour ; est-ce possible ?

Norton Mobile Security is installed on my phone, a critical update is proposed. However, I no longer have a google account linked to my phone so I can not use google play anymore.

I would like to get a direct download over the internet (without using google play) the update; is it possible ?

How and why are you using the phone without your Google Account? The Google Play Store is the most secure way to get apps for your device.

Having said that, there is a method to get the Norton Mobile Security app. See this Norton KB article.  If you use this method, after installation, be sure you disable the 'installation from unknown sources' setting in Android Settings.
 

Comment et pourquoi utilisez-vous le téléphone sans votre compte Google? Le Google Play Store est le moyen le plus sûr d'obtenir des applications pour votre appareil.

Cela dit, il existe une méthode pour obtenir l’application Norton Mobile Security. Voir cet article de Norton KB. Si vous utilisez cette méthode, assurez-vous, après l'installation, de désactiver le paramètre "Installation à partir de sources inconnues" dans les paramètres Android.
