J'ai un abonnement NORTON SECURITY depuis 2010 pour 3 licences dont 2 sont utilisées (PC et Tablette Windows).
Je souhaite utiliser ma 3ème licence pour mon portable ANDROÏD et j'obtiens une version de 30 jours gratuite !!
Pourquoi ma 3ème licence ne fonctionne pas ?

Did you sign into your Norton Account in the Norton Mobile Security app? Click on the three bars at the top left of the Norton Mobile Security screen, then tap on Sign In. Signing into your Norton Account from there should activate the full version for you.
Vous êtes-vous connecté à votre compte Norton dans l'application Norton Mobile Security? Cliquez sur les trois barres en haut à gauche de l'écran Norton Mobile Security, puis appuyez sur Connexion. La connexion à votre compte Norton à partir de là devrait activer la version complète à votre place.

Bonjour,
Depuis mon compte NORTON je demande à télécharger NORTON SECURITY sur un autre appareil et il installe la version NORTON MOBILE SECURITY sur mon portable ANDROÏD pour 30 jours avec option d'achat 16,99€ !
Sur mon portable sous NORTON MOBILE SECURITY, j'ai cliqué sur CONNEXION comme indiqué dans votre réponse.
A ce stade, il me propose d'activer le renouvellement ou l'abonnement. J'ai même entré la clé à 25 caractères associée à mon abonnement à 3 licences mais cela ne fonctionne pas !
Je reste sur une version provisoire. POURQUOI ma 3ème licence ne marche pas dans ce cas précis ?

Where did you enter the product key in your Norton Mobile Security app?
When you install Norton Mobile Security, you may see the option to purchase, followed by an option for 'I already have an account'. You should have tapped on that option to sign into your Norton Account. That should be all you need to do.
If you missed that option, you should only need to sign into your Norton Account as I described in my first post.
Où avez-vous entré la clé de produit dans votre application Norton Mobile Security?

Merci pour votre réponse. Sous NORTON MOBILE SECURITY , quand je clique sur les 3 barres en haut à gauche, je ne trouve pas "'ai déjà un compte mais "Activer un abonnement". A ce stade, j'ai le choix à:
- saisir une clé produit
- saisir un code partenaire
- recupérer mon achat
C'est TOUT !!
Je ne sais plus quoi tenter.... Je crois que je vais finir par abandonner et recourir à un antivirus Androïd gratuit !
Sous mon compte NORTON, je vois bien mon application mobile activée avec un abonnement d'évaluation.

Thank you for your reply. Under NORTON MOBILE SECURITY, when I click on the 3 bars at the top left, I can not find "" I already have an account but "Activate a subscription" At this point, I have the choice to:
- enter a product key
- enter a partner code
- recover my purchase
That's all !!
I do not know what to try .... I think I will end up giving up and use a free Android antivirus!
Under my NORTON account, I can see my mobile application activated with an evaluation subscription.

Don't give up yet. I just reset my Norton Mobile Security to test the sign in feature. When I tapped on the three bars at the top left of the screen, I saw what is in this image. I circled the Sign In link that I used to sign into my Norton Account.

J'ai effectué un RESET de NORTON MOBILE SECURITY en déinstallant puis réinstallant l'application depuis PLAY STORE (et non pas à partir du lien envoyé par NORTON).
J'ai obtenu l'écran identique au vôtre et e me suis connectée à mon compte NORTON.
Résultat : version temporaire de 30jours !
Donc depuis le début c'est la même chose et e pense qu'il y a un problème avec ma licence NORTON INTERNET SECURITY qui me donne accès à 3 licences mais dont la 3ème est inutilisable. Je pense que je dois me retourner vers le Support NORTON. Qu'en pensez-vous ?

I made a NORTON MOBILE SECURITY RESET by uninstalling and reinstalling the app from PLAY STORE (not from the NORTON sent link).
I got the same screen as yours and connected to my NORTON account.
Result: temporary version of 30 days!
So from the beginning it's the same thing and I think there is a problem with my NORTON INTERNET SECURITY license that gives me access to 3 licenses but the 3rd is unusable. I think I have to turn to the NORTON Support. What do you think ?
NORTON INTERNET SECURITY license.... This may explain everything. Your original post said you use Norton Security, which would allow activations of Norton Mobile Security. The older Norton Internet Security product line did not include activation of Mobile products. So this would explain what you are seeing.
What you need to do is contact Norton Support and ask them to upgrade your subscription to the newer Norton Security product line that will allow the activation of your Mobile Security app. www.norton.com/contactcs
