VPN through Virgin Boradband will not start


I have an IPad Pro 2 and iPhone 8 Plus and use Virgin Broadband at home.  Each time I try and turn on the Norton VPN via my home WiFi, with the setting status set to connecting.  I get the message ‘The VPN server did not respond.

How can I overcome this so I can set use VPN via my home WiFi?

Have you been able to get the VPN to work when away from your home?

Do you also have Norton Mobile Security on those devices? If so, try disabling the Web Protection feature and see if the VPN will connect.

What iOS version do you have on those devices?

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
