My Norton account

I do not have a trial version of Norton I renewal my account Jan. 3, 2020 and someone have removed my protection from my device. It is saying inactive. Come on Norton where is help when you need it.

Open your Norton product and click on Help > Subscription Status. That should sync your product with the Norton subscription servers.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
