Norton 360 sur Android

Bonjour à toutes et tous,

Le 15 avril 2020, j'ai acheté un smartphone android Samsung Galaxy A51.

Sur mon PC de bureau, j'ai Norton de Luxe 360.

Parmi les options offertes, j'ai Secure VPN, lequel fonctionne correctement.

Mon abonnement Norton offrant la possibilité d'installer Norton 360 sur 5 appareils, j''en ai donc profité pour l'installer sur mon Smartphone, opération qui a parfaitement réussi.

Je retrouve cette application sous l'icône "Norton Mobile".

En ouvrant cette application, je constate que tous les voyants présents sont au vert.

Mais je n'y retrouve pas l'option "Norton Secure VPN" !

Cette fonction Norton est-elle disponible sur mon smartphone ?

Dans l'affirmative, comment y accéder (et sélectionner par exemple un autre pays que celui où je suis) ?

Dans la négative, pourquoi cette "absence" et comment y remédier ?

So, no VPN function built into the Norton Mobile Security app. Pity !

By consulting Google Play Store, I found the standalone application Norton Secure VPN, but at the price of € 39.99 per year !!!

So almost the same price as Norton 360!

This is not given so this application is integrated for free on my PC.

Unless activating it on my Norton 360 Deluxe subscription allows me to escape this "fee" of € 39.99?

But there, I have a serious doubt. What do you think ?

Please explain to me how to "activate" this standalone application on my current Norton 360 subscription, once I have downloaded Norton Secure VPN.

When you install the standalone Norton Secure VPN app, you will see an option about "I already have a subscription" or a Sign In option. Signing into your Norton Account from these options will activate the VPN app against your current Norton 360 subscription.

Lorsque vous installez l'application autonome Norton Secure VPN, vous verrez une option sur «J'ai déjà un abonnement» ou une option de connexion. La connexion à votre compte Norton à partir de ces options activera l'application VPN sur votre abonnement Norton 360 actuel.

Hello all,

On April 15, 2020, I bought an Android smartphone Samsung Galaxy A51.

On my desktop PC, I have Norton de Luxe 360.

Among the options offered, I have Secure VPN, which works fine.

My Norton subscription offers the possibility of installing Norton 360 on 5 devices, so I took the opportunity to install it on my Smartphone, an operation which was perfectly successful.

I find this application under the "Norton Mobile" icon.

When I open this application, I see that all the LEDs present are green.

But I can't find the "Norton Secure VPN" option there!

Is this Norton feature available on my smartphone?

If so, how can I access it (and select for example a different country than the one where I am)?

If not, why this "absence" and how to remedy it?

The Norton Mobile Security app that you install on mobile devices does not have the VPN function built in. (Yet???). What you can do is download and install the standalone Norton Secure  VPN app from Google Play Store, and activate it against your Norton 360 Deluxe subscription.

L'application Norton Mobile Security que vous installez sur les appareils mobiles n'a pas de fonction VPN intégrée. (Pourtant ???). Ce que vous pouvez faire est de télécharger et d'installer l'application autonome Norton Secure VPN à partir de Google Play Store, et de l'activer sur votre abonnement Norton 360 Deluxe.

Donc, pas de fonction VPN intégrée sur l'application Norton Mobile Security. Dommage !

En consultant Google Play Store, j'ai bien trouvé l'application autonome Norton Secure VPN, mais au prix de 39,99 € par an !!!

Donc quasi le même prix que Norton 360 !

Cela n'est pas donné alors cette application est intégrée gratuitement sur mon PC.

À moins que le fait de l'activer sur mon abonnement Norton 360 Deluxe me permette d’échapper à cette "redevance" de 39,99 € ?

Mais là, j'ai un sérieux doute. Qu'en pensez-vous ?

Merci de bien vouloir m'expliquer comment faire pour "activer" cette application autonome sur mon abonnement actuel Norton 360, une fois le téléchargement éventuel de Norton Secure VPN effectué.
