Transfert Norton sur Smarphone : clé refusée.

Bonjour,

J'ai essayé d'utiliser une licence (j'ai droit à 3) sur mon smartphone et le numéro de la clé d'activation est refusé. Lorsque que je saisie les données, (un tiret s'active automatiquement), il me répète 25 caractères seulement.

J'ai souscrits le Norton Internet Security et de plus, quelle apps choisir dans Google Play Store ??

My renewal was done automatically without offering me the other ranges. My subscription is called Norton Internet Security.

I will see at the end of this contract if I renew with NORTON or not because there is a drop in quality.

I started to think about it after a demotion of the services offered.

So you are on the older product. All you need to do is upgrade your subscription to the new 360. You can do this for free for the balance of your current subscription.  See this information.   https://renew.norton.com/sclp/nox-static-ss2up/?inid=nortoncom_hero_crm_ss2up/  That information is from the US site. If you do not see the same on the French web site, you can contact Norton Support and ask them for the free update.    www.norton.com/contactcs    Once you get this update, you will be able to activate Norton Mobile Security on your mobile device using the new 360 subscription.

First, you need a Norton product that does include protection for mobile devices. If in fact you are using an older Norton Internet Secuity product, that did not include protection for mobile devices. You will need to upgrade your Norton product to the newer 360 product line to gain access for your mobile.

If you do have a newer product that covers mobile devices, there is no way to enter a product key into the Norton Mobile Security, NMS, app. You just sign into your Norton Account and that will activate the product against a subscription in your account. During installation, look for 'I have a subscription', or 'Sign in'.

Tout d'abord, vous avez besoin d'un produit Norton qui inclut une protection pour les appareils mobiles. Si vous utilisez en fait un ancien produit Norton Internet Secuity, cela n'incluait pas la protection des appareils mobiles. Vous devrez mettre à niveau votre produit Norton vers la nouvelle gamme de produits 360 pour accéder à votre mobile.

Si je comprends bien, NORTON fait de la publicité mensongère car il est bien mentionné que je peux l'utiliser sur mon téléphone mobile. Et cela est illégale en France.

Je trouve cela malhonnête de leur part....Affaire à suivre avec d'autres instances.

If I understand correctly, NORTON advertises falsehood because it is mentioned that I can use it on my mobile phone. And this is illegal in France.

The current products being advertised do cover mobile devices.

How long have you been using Norton Internet Security? As I noted, if you have been renewing an older Norton Internet Security, NIS, it did not cover mobile devices. NIS was replaced a few years ago with Norton Security, and more recently with the new 360 product lines. Both of these do cover mobile devices.

Log into your Norton Account at   https://my.norton.com Click on the user icon at the top right, and then click on My Subcriptions. Look for your current subscription and tell us what is the exact name of that product.

Depuis combien de temps utilisez-vous Norton Internet Security? Comme je l'ai indiqué, si vous renouvelez un ancien Norton Internet Security, NIS, il ne couvre pas les appareils mobiles. Mon renouvellement s'est fait automatiquement sans me proposer les autres gammes. Mon abonnement s'appelle Norton Internet Security.

Je verrai à la fin de ce contrat si je renouvelle ou pas avec NORTON car il y a une baisse en qualité.

J'ai commencé à y penser après une rétrogradation des services proposés.
