We assure you that this interruption is only temporary: services to your devices running Norton Secure VPN should resume within a few moments. Should you experience any interruption, please try again in 30-60 minutes.
WHAT: Norton Secure VPN Infrastructure Maintenance.
WHEN: Jul 13, 2020 (Monday) || Start time: 6.00 AM EDT || End time: 7.00 AM EDT
IMPACT: NSV users will see a brief interruption of service. During this period, NSV users can’t access our backend for onboarding & connectivity.
Below are the service interruptions customers might experience:
- New user: Won't be able to sign-in to the app.
- Existing (signed-in) user: Won't be able to connect to the VPN.
- User who have already connected to the VPN: No disconnection, however, won't be able to switch regions.
The maintenance work has been successfully completed. All services are up and running now. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time. Thank you.
