Norton 360 problème alerte sécurité

Hello. For a few days now when I restart my phone there is a quick message telling me that Norton 360 (version 5.10.0.5689) is not activated and deserves my attention. When I go to Norton 360 it quickly shows a little window that says "pull down to scan" but I can't use it, nothing happens. Then there are two windows on the screen: one called security and the other confidentiality. The privacy window is checked in green. The safety window has a red triangle with an "attention required" display. But when I tap on the window nothing happens. And I cannot launch a system scan. I started updating the app in play store, restarted the phone, but it's still the same. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 8.0.0 and of course my Norton subscription is up to date. Your first image shows that your product is active. But if your 360 app is being unresponsive to your taps, it may be some issue with your installation. You should uninstall the app and then restart the device. Then reinstall the 360 app from the Google Play Store app and after you sign in to your Norton Account during the installation, you should be able to test for the full functionality.
