“Pending payout” has stopped increasing

I’ve been mining for about 3 days and today my pending payout stopped increasing while I was mining, my hash rate has stayed the same (usually between 50 and 100) I’m not sure what the problem is but if I’m not earning any ETH there’s no point in using this service. I should also add that I tried contacting support but was led to a bot that didn’t help at all.
