Re: My Norton, Turn your PC's idle time to cash DOES NOT APPEAR, WHY??

I have 2 identical laptops - both have NVIDIA cards with 8 gb and one had the option and is running just fine.  The other, never get the option and I even uninstalled Norton and did a clean install, never changes.  Why would one laptop get the option and the other didn't?  Same account as well.

Thanks

May be due to throttled release.
Maybe, ask Norton Member Services.

Re: My Norton, Turn your PC's idle time to cash DOES NOT APPEAR, WHY??

Thanks wondered if that might be the case but what I read made it sound like US was first and then released outside later.  Plus, 2 of my computers have it, this one didn't.  (Actually just checked wifes laptop it doesnt either, not that hardware would support it)

Thanks

We'll try to confirm whether Norton Crypto for US remains throttled or is full release?
