Miner Restarting Issues + No Payout

I noticed that when mining it will restart alot than before. Even after this latest update 22.21.9.22. I'll start mining and after a bit it will Restart but then it won't complete the restart cycle and begin mining again. Not sure what is causing this issue as well as my no payout issue too. I thought that with this update I will finally get the payout but nothing yet.

Okay I checked the gas fees as Matt was saying that if the gas was to high it won't issue a payout. As of right now it is 52 gwei and I login into the wallet and no payout. Is the gas fee suppose be lower than 50? At what number is it suppose to be at so that a payout is processed?
