Have Norton Utilities Ultimate and when it wanted to upgrade it will not activate Stating ERROR 6 Whole home license violation. Call support. When you call support they connect to computer and try uninstalling and reinstalling same error message. they then refer you to level 2 support and ask a time to call. For 2 days I have given times and the called the first day 3 and 1'2 hour later leaving message will call back within 24hours. Call support back and was given time for 2nd day after 2 hours of waiting called back to support to be told I missed the first day and no answer as to why they have not called the second day. They wanted to geta call back time again. Since Norton does not have support I would not recommend that anyone purchase there products. After they get your money they do not care. Thanks Norton for the useless product that you charged me $69.99 for and will not support. Some people do not have days to wait by the phone and computer for you to call.
