I am using MacBook Air w/OS Monterey 12.1

I have been trying for over 2 month's to get Level 2 tech support. For some reason, Norton 360 will not install. 3 or 4 level one tech's have tried. It loaded fine on iPhone and iPad. While I have 5G on my phone, I have missed 2 calls from Level 2 tech's. My phone for some reason didn't ring. Please text or use email.
