Hello,

I have purchased a local password manager or used KeePass for a long time.

I would much prefer to use a Norton Password Manager if it was LOCAL and not in the cloud or browser-based.

Please develop a LOCAL version of Norton Password Manager for those of use who WILL NOT use a password manager that is web-based and in the cloud.  Even if you did not bundle in Norton 360 and sold it separately for around $15-$20, like Kapersky.
