After entering log in password or activation key on new Galaxy S22 Ultra, I get a never ending buffering action. This happens when I try to sign in or redeem a subscription.

I upgraded my android phone from a Galaxy S10+ to a Galaxy S22 Ultra.  The Norton 360 app is installed automatically when upgrading. I tried to sign on as normal and received a "buffering" action and never signed on.  I tried sending the invite to install on a new device from my account. I have tried both the normal sign-in with my email and password and also redeeming a subscription with my activation key.  I get the same result each time, the same buffering circle that continues until I finally back out. Everything on the phone is up to date and Norton seems to be working fine on all of my other devices. The only thing really different with this phone is that it is 5G compliant, which I do not think should present an issue.

Are you trying to activate over wifi or cell data? If one is not working, try the other.

Try uninstalling 360 and then restart your device. Then open the Google Play Store app and download and install Norton 360 Android. Then during installation process, tap on Sign in, or I already have a subscription, then sign into your Norton account to activate your product. See if that works.
