В РФ никогда не было демократии, и жители уже 30 лет никого не выбирают. К несчастью в связи с не дипломатичным решением руководства РФ обычные жители страдают сильнее всего. Вы не представляете что такое жить на 250$ в месяц. И большая часть РФ получает и меньше. Я искренне доверяю Norton 360 и он защищает мой ПК уже 8 лет. И буквально 21.02.2022 я продлил подписку на 2 года. за космические 68$( зп 250) и не могу пользоваться услугой, так как антивирус не обновляется. Как скачивать обновления? как пользоваться, Как запустить приложение через VPN?. Или как вернуть средства?

There has never been a democracy in the Russian Federation, and residents have not elected anyone for 30 years. Unfortunately, in connection with the non-diplomatic decision of the leadership of the Russian Federation, ordinary residents suffer the most. You have no idea what it's like to live on $250 a month. If you are saying that the LiveUpdate feature is not connecting, it could be something to do with the current situation between Russia and Ukraine. Either your government is blocking access to United States web sites, or the other way around. 

If you want to try to get a refund, you need to contact Norton Support.  Although that may also be getting blocked these days.    www.norton.com/contactcs
