Lost my program on a new computer and it says I have no substrictions left.

Somehow today, I lost my subscription for a new Dell computer. That was downloaded through my account on January 11, 2022 and my last. I tried several ways to get it back and am totally lost. I got to points in my account where I got rid of one that was with an old phone and I even deleted my wife's one on her "I" phone. I have several downloads on my desktop now and it always comes back to I have to get a new subscription when I have 139 days left on the current one and I only have  the program on my Samsung 8S phone, a Samsung Tablet and the other Dell computer that's still working. Please help me as I'm lost to get the new Dell's computer one back and really need. Thanks!!! It's Norton 360 with windows 11 on a Dell Inspirion7706.

If you have multiple downloaders on your desktop, start by removing all of them. Then restart your computer. Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.

Then log into your Norton Account and click on the Download button. Then follow the directions to install on this computer. That should install a pre activated copy of your 360.
