Latest VPN Upgrade for IOS On Apple Phones

Last week my apple 12 IPhone suddenly stopped functioning while using your Norton 360 VPN.  I could no longer get "anything" on my phone over WIFI or regular Airways phone service.  I mistakenly went to the local Apple retail outlet, blaming my CARRIER for the problem, assuming that they had stopped my service for some reason.  As soon as the tech saw I was running Norton VPN, he had me DELETE Norton 360, the connect problems immediately resolved themselves.  He advised they were having multiple customers in with exactly the same issue recently, all as a result of some "improvement" Norton had added to their VPN program.  As of now, I am without VPN protection and "WILL NOT" use your VPN service, PERIOD.
