Pls Refund Autorenewal

Just got an email saying you took money from my account. I no longer even use the device being "protected" and stopped using your services ages ago. Had no idea you would automatically keep taking money from me without asking. Please return the $135 you took. I have now cancelled the renewal feature but the payment has already gone through. Please give me back my money and cancel my subscription. Not wanted or needed. I have been trying to contact you but your website is circular and gives no real contact address.

click "Manage my account" -> "Something else" -> type "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".

Finally found a way to message an agent. Am told a refund has been sent and should arrive in 5-7 days.
