Norton Anti Track errors in Setup

I see no solutions in the community.  Bought Norton Anti Track and downloaded.  Trying to set up and it says "We've encountered an error" and clicked on "how do I fix this"     I see nothing when signing on to Norton that shows how to fix and finalize set up.  Please help
