Jumps to another tab in Chrome and Edge

When i Open Chrome or Edge and approve Norton Password manager on my phone the Tab in Chrome/Edge changes.

So if I have this page open (community.norton.com) when starting my browser, then Approve norton on my phone it will often change to another Tab (Gmail for an example). 

In the picture I have marked the "start" tab in red and the one it jumps to in Yellow. This is just example - it differs what tabs it jumps to.

Very annoying - so hope someone can help - thanks
