Adding child to parental controls

Hi Everyone, I have added my two children's devices (iPhones) to my Norton account not realising I had to separately add parental controls as well while I had their devices. Is there anyway to add parental controls without having their devices?

Thank you for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

Child's device is required to setup Parental controls(Norton Family) for the first time. Remote set up is not possible.
Please follow the steps in this video to setup Norton Family on your child's device. Let us know if you have any further queries.
