Norton Secure VPN Blocks Printer Offline

I cannot print to my local network printer Canon Pixma TR8620) with Norton's 360 with Lifelock VPN running.  In order to print, I must first disconnect the VPN, then print, then reconnect the VPN. Followed instructions in Forum for a similar post to remove all, reboot, turn on VPN, install again but still happens. I am running Windows 11 Pro. Need a process of steps to correct problem

Try this: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v63987985 It sets the network trust to full so nothing gets blocked
