Smart scan is missing from the scan options after upgrading to Norton 360

Hi , I have just updated (fresh install) from Norton Deluxe to Norton 360.

Everything seems ok but noticed that the smart scan is missing from the scan options.

Have I done something wrong or will it upload itself in time via a Norton product update ?

Anyone else had this happen ?

UPDATE *** 

I used have used the removal tool and used the complete removal, not remove and install.

Then I have signed back into my Norton account and clicked onto licences used ,then hit 

download on this device . 

Now all is working as normal once more. Must have been a glitch in the first download .

Hope this helps others with same problem .

Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available? Then restart again. Restarting, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled.   If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. Thanks for your help .I have run update and restarted until not required was shown but 

still no sign of Smart Scan ,just the quick and full scans showing .

I ran Norton Auto fix and that came back with "no problems" .So I have run the Power Eraser 

and that came back with "no problems" as well. The only thing that has not run yet is the 

product update when doing updates as yet ?
