Norton Password Manager fails "... something went wrong ..." with Norton VPN "ON" running MS EDGE and Brave browsers. As soon as I turn Norton VPN "OFF", it works fine. I am running Windows 11.

Have you reinstalled Norton Password Manager extension?
Have you Reset Edge?
Have you added Edge profile (default settings) with only Norton Password Manager extension from Microsoft or Chrome store...as test.
