Password Manage Android - Able to login but passwords not showing

I am able to access the Password Manager on my One Plus Nord phone (Android version 11 ) via both password, PIN and fingerprint recognition. However all passwords have vanished. Please advise.

Hmm....any chance you have more than one vault and you're accessing the wrong vault?

Curious, can you Sign In (upper right) and find your credentials from Norton Password Manager website?

Thanks for your response. Yes I can login as usual using the link but I can only see two passwords whereas I should see many more.

I wondered that myself but I would have thought that the fingerprint scan would only work for the one that I have recently used. I'm a little concerned that if I start trying to access another vault then it might see this as a possible breach and delete my information for security reasons. Are my concerns valid? Also is there some way of checking via Norton if I indeed do have two vaults?

You Sir/Madam are a life saver. Just tried to access via another account and using the fingerprint scan and hey presto. Thanks so much for your time and effort. Much appreciated
