I can't turn my VPN off in Norton 360 deluxe

I can't turn my VPN off in Norton 360 deluxe. I'm running Windows 7. Never had this problem before. I set the VPN to the United States, no error code.

When i try to turn if off, it doesn't.

Did you try machine Restart?

It should disconnect on a restart, Please also check if the Auto Vpn is enabled in the Vpn Drop down Settings, that might attempt to connect vpn on every startup.

The point is: the software shouldn't stop working. If anytime that happens I have to take a "Microsoft approach" (restart), I'll be doomed.
