Sorry for the late reply. Just noticed that no one has responded to your question yet.
What is your operating system, and what Norton product do you own? Do you mean that you purchased a Norton antivirus product that was bundled with the LifeLock Identity Alert System (e.g., Norton 360 for Windows with LifeLock Advantage v22.22.4.11), and would like to know if you should contact LifeLock before applying for a loan?

We'll ask the Forum Moderators to move your topic to the correct location (e.g., the Norton 360 for Windows board) once we know what Norton product you use.
