I placed the order as per instructions and four days later I’m still waiting to be given access to the product.

Hi

I moved my Broadband supplier to Plusnet and  was told it included free internet security, I placed the order as per instructions and four days later I’m still waiting to be given access to the product.

Trying to contact the company through customer services is worse than useless dies anyone know how many days/ weeks it takes to become active..
