ID Theft Protection lists an alert that does not exist

A similar thread has been closed, but I still have the problem.  Norton 360 reports an ID Theft Protection alert so I log in and no alert.  How can I get a correct notification;  this "crying wolf" has gone on for days.

I am using Win 11 on a new, fast computer.

I click the button below to subscribe and be notified of any other posts or resolution, but nothing happens.  That is disappointing!
