norton utilities has been disabled

I tried responding to your email regarding my query however it didn't get delivered.

So basically, from what I understand, I would have to pay $39.99 (plus Taxes) more per year for Norton Utilities Premium on top of the $139.99 I pay for Norton 360 Premium.  However, I can cancel the subscription for Norton LifeLock that costs me $43.67 per year.

Do I have that correct???

Further, will I get a refund on Norton LifeLock if I don't need it based on what you said.

Your website indicates 2 Utility programs available, Ultimate and Premium.  What is the difference between the two?

Re: norton utilities has been disabled

Do you have a separate paid subscription for Norton Utilities Premium?
Or, are you using the free bonus that was offered for having Automatic Renewal Service enabled for your Norton 360 subscription?

If you are using the free bonus.  Norton is no longer offering this bonus.
As a result, you will lose access to Norton Utilities Premium for either reason.

  • You turn off Automatic Renewal Service for your Norton 360 subscription.
  • Your current Norton 360 subscription that entitled the free bonus expires. Even if you have Automatic Renewal Service enabled.

Re: norton utilities has been disabled

I have the free bonus version of Norton Utilities Premium, and I lost access to it, but I never turned off auto-renewal and my product had never expired.  I get the message "Re-activate to repair".

Re: norton utilities has been disabled

But did you get charged for a renewal recently? If so, that counts as the original 360 subscription that qualified for the bonus having expired. Even though your protection continues after the renewal. That is noted in bjm_'s first post above.
