Refund request

I have tried so hard to find the way to get a refund for the following product:

Norton™ 360 Standard Subscription Renewal (1 Year Subscription)

This is incredibly unfair to take people's money and then make it impossible to find out how to process a refund. 

This is my notice which is within 60 days of you charging me for a product I want a refund for, and I am complying with below terms:

'You may cancel your subscription contract and request a refund, under the below terms. Upon cancellation, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the software from your device(s).
Annual subscriptions
 (one-year term or more):

  • Under our 60-day Money Back Guarantee, the purchase of an annual subscription is eligible for a full refund, if requested within 60-days of the date of purchase.

  • Each annual renewal is also eligible for a full refund, if requested within 60-days of being charged.

  • The purchase of a Norton Ultimate Help Desk 1-device or a Privacy Monitor Assistant annual subscription is eligible for a full refund, if requested within 60-days of the date of purchase, or in the case of an annual renewal, within 60-days of being charged, provided that in either case services have not yet been redeemed.'

I would like to see a refund please, and confirmation that this will be processed asap.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method.  

  • Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report approx 30-45 days before current term expire...not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting. 

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method. 
Please Contact Norton Support regarding your subscription/refund.

Refunds for Norton annual subscriptions
Most of Norton annual subscriptions include a 60-day Money Back Guarantee. Under our 60-day Money Back Guarantee, the purchase of a Norton annual subscription is eligible for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. Each annual renewal is also eligible for a full refund within 60 days of being charged for the renewal.

MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with Automatic Renewal Off.  

BILLING INFORMATION reports:  There is no billing profile saved in your account ... with no billing information.
