Norton Chat Button Not Working

Trying to get Norton Support regarding backup questions. Filled out the form, clicked Save & Submit, was given a case number and told to click the Chat button. Clicked the Chat button, but nothing happens. Checked my Firefox browser settings, added the Norton site to Exceptions for cookies (just in case that was the issue), still doesn't work. Tried using Edge, same thing.
